A returning customer from New Zealand placed an order for 120 CATL 3.7V 205Ah NMC cells as soon as the new batch arrived. We pulled every unit and ran voltage and internal resistance checks on the spot. All numbers came back clean and well inside factory limits. The customer got the full test sheet before we even started packing.
With the electrical side confirmed we moved to a hands on inspection. Each cell got checked for surface quality thread condition label accuracy and any signs of damage. Everything looked factory fresh. Once cleared the 120 cells went into foam lined cartons sealed up and labeled for New Zealand. The final image shows the pallets sitting ready for pickup.
