A:Yes, we can supply samples, the lead time for samples is 7-10 days. And buyers pay for sample cost and shipping cost.

A:Yes, We offer 5 years warranty for lifepo4 battery, and 1 years for Nmc battery, increase the cost to 5-10 years. For damaged due to non-human factors, we will refund or send new battery for replacement after providing pictures or videos for evidence.

5.Do not make battery short-circuited, in order to avoid from danger incurring or battery damage.
6.Discarded battery should be well disposed. Do not throw it into the fire or water.
