Q1:What BMS is in the battery box?
A1: Starmax are Official distributor of JK/ PACE/ JBD brand and Supply other safety DIY Pack accessories together Just show us what kinds of BMS you need.We use the 100/150/200A BMS in the box with CAN/RS485/RS232 Communications.
Q2: Do you provide after-sales serive?
A2: Yes, the warranty is usually 1 years, If you purchase battery cells from our company, the warranty period will be extended to 5 years. If there is broken item under quality problem within warranty time, take the test pictures or video to us,we will replace it or give satisfied solution.
Q3: Can I buy the completed battery pack?
A3: Sure, because our battery box does not include the cells, please leave a message to us if you want the completed battery system.
Q4: I have my own logo, can I print my logo in the battery pack?
A4: Yes,we accept customizing the logo, but need larger quantity(>10 sets), if you need sample first, welcome to contact us.
Q5:Does the DIY kit contain batteries?
A5: Not including battery cells, see above packing list. Alternatively, you can contact our sales team to request the DIY Kits list.
Q6: What should I do if I don't know how to install the battery box after receiving it?
A6: This kit is particularly easy to install and we have a detailed installation video as well as instructions.You can also contact us anytime if need help.

Also, you may know that the quality of the cells used directly affects the product's lifespan, especially since cylindrical cell prices are much lower than those of prismatic cells. A8: Yes, our battery packs are compatible with most inverter brands on the market. Please contact us for further details and specific compatibility information.
DIY battery packs must have cells balanced (at the same voltage) before assembly. Later, if incorrect assembly occurs due to lack of knowledge or errors, returns/refunds will not be accepted. Professionals will inspect voltage, resistance, appearance, and other parameters before shipment. We guarantee only the quality of individual cells. Upon arrival, you may test cells within 15 days; acceptance beyond this period implies no defects. Returns/refunds require contacting us first. Batteries must be unused(electrodes intact, no welding marks, no wear, appearance intact) for returns. Buyers bear all return shipping costs.
1). Warranty period: 1 year (from successful delivery date). If you purchase battery cells from our company, the warranty period will be extended to 5 years.If the batteries were not purchased from our factory, our company will not be liable for compensation for issues such as capacity degradation.
2). For shipping-related missing/damaged items: Contact us immediately and provide proof (photos/video). If cargo is lost or batteries are damaged/unusable, we will discuss resending, replacing, or refunding the product cost. Buyers returning items to the seller must cover shipping fees.
3). No returns/refunds apply in these cases:
a. Issues arising during/after assembly, e.g., protection board misconnection causing burnout, charger failure, assembly errors, or unbalanced assembly.
b. Damage from misuse, e.g., bulging batteries (caused by welding errors or charging without BMS protection).
